94 Celcius was founded in 2017 by Marc-Alexandre Emond-Boisjoly, who holds a B.Sc. in biochemistry and an M.Sc. in pharmacology, and roasts in Sainte-Julie in Greater Montreal. On a Probat P12 with high-precision probes and roast-curve profiling, it produces light, fermentation-forward, traceability-focused coffees under the motto 'Jamais Amer, Toujours Juste' (never bitter, always just).
