Tips & Preparation
• This recipe makes cold brew coffee to drink neat, not concentrate. • Use 55 grams coffee to 700ml water (1:12.7 ratio). • Hot bloom is recommended to release fruity and floral qualities. • Brew in the refrigerator for 15-18 hours. • Use coarsely ground coffee. • Use filtered water for best taste.
Recipe Steps
Grind the coffee into a coarse grind and pour the coffee grinds into the filter basket.

Slowly pour the hot water over the coffee grounds, just enough so the coffee grounds are wet (hot bloom).

Fill the rest of the cold brew coffee maker with cold water and give the coffee grounds a very quick stir.
Set in the refrigerator and allow to brew for 15-18 hours.

Remove the coffee filter without agitating the coffee grounds too much and allow any remaining coffee to drip out of the coffee filter basket.
Serve cold and store any leftover cold brew coffee in the refrigerator for a couple days.
