Preparation:
- Grind size: Between espresso and filter coffee
- AeroPress filter papers
Variations:
- Ratios: 1:3 (strong, intense) to 1:5 (clarity, flavor separation)
- Pre-infusion: 35 seconds is a good balance, can be pushed to 1 minutes for richer, stronger higher extraction.
- Americano style: Add 100ml of water to the extraction.
Recipe Steps
Add 16g of coffee grounds (between espresso and filter grind) to the chamber.
