Tips & Preparation
- Aims for a clean cup with great aftertaste and body.
- Coarse grind size, similar to sugar.
- Adjust grind size for desired intensity (not watery, not too bitter).
- Use 3.2 on Kinu m47 or 22 clicks on Comandante c40 as a starting point.
- Suitable for light to medium roast coffees.

Pour to 80g (to the center, medium speed of flow, 6-8 g per second).
When the coffee switches from flow to drips, pour to 160g (to the center) when the coffee switches from flow to drips.

From here - coffee will start to drop. Wait for additional 30-40 seconds to let it drain in a "drop mode" to get a perfect cup of coffee
