Preparation
- Use two paper filters at the bottom of the cap.
- Level the coffee bed and place a third paper filter on top of the puck.
- Use the plunger to tamp the coffee to create a firm puck for even extraction.
- Ensure air is removed between the puck and the top paper filter.
Recipe Steps
