Tips & Preparation
- Uses a slightly coarser grind than standard Moka Pot.
- Blooms the coffee bed with hot water before brewing.

Recipe Steps
Weigh out 16 grams of coffee and grind slightly coarser than your standard mocha pot. Get your water on the stove and bring to boil.
Transition the coffee into the basket and create an even bed.
Fill the tank around half to three quarters of the way to the valve with boiling water. Place the basket with the prepped coffee into the base.
Pour about 1-2 ounces of hot water to bloom the bed of coffee in your basket.
Place an aeropress filter into the top portion of your mocha pot, then carefully assemble.
Place the mocha pot on your stove and heat on medium low.
