Recipe Steps
Close the Switch valve (immersion mode).

1st pour: Twice the coffee weight (40-50ml), ensuring all grounds are saturated for blooming.

2nd pour: Open the Switch valve and pour water up to 120ml (70-80ml, 40% of total water).

3rd pour: Valve open, Pour up to 200ml to extract more flavor.
Cool down the remaining water to around 80°C (or even 70°C for a clearer difference).

4th pour: close the switch and pour the cooled water up to 300ml
