Recipe Steps
Place filter in the base with the valve open, press the brew chamber down, and set it on the carafe. Rinse the paper filter with hot water, shake, and dump the rinse water. Close the valve and add 20g of coffee grounds, level the bed, and add the dispersion cap.

Pour 60g(3 times of coffee)of water for the bloom.
Remove the dispersion cap and use a WDT tool to incorporate the grounds and water evenly. Replace the dispersion cap.
Wait for 1 min

Open the valve and start pour.
Pour small, intermittent pulses of water, keeping the water level about a centimeter above the coffee bed, until reaching 320g total water.
