Tips & Preparation
- 4 pours structure
- Yields approximately 10oz
- Coffee dose: 17.5, 18, or 18.5g
- Water amount: 305g
- Grind size: 800-1200 microns, medium coarse
Recipe Steps
Fold and add filter to brewer. Rinse filter thoroughly until paper taste is eliminated (about 300g). Assemble brewer on top of cup and zero out on scale.

1st Pour: Bloom with 75g of water in a spiral pattern (center to outside, then back to center). Pour should take 7 seconds.

2nd Pour: up to 150g straight down the center of the brewer. Pour should take 10 seconds.

3rd Pour: up to 225g in the same spiral pattern as before. Pour should take 10 seconds.

4th Pour: up to 305g in the spiral pattern. Pour should take 10 seconds.
