Reason to try:
- From April brewer’s inventor April Coffee Roasters
- Using April's second-generation plastic brewer.
Notes:
- Lighter roasts didn't perform as well.
- More developed coffee handles dilution better.
Preparation:
- Grind size: 600-700 microns (normal filter grind).
- Large, high-quality ice cubes are recommended.
- Dilute with 40g of ice after brewing for a refreshing taste.
Recipe Steps

Add 85g of ice to the cup.
Pour 30g of water.

Pour 100g of water continuously.

Lift off the brewer.
