- Grind size: 12 clicks on Commandante (slightly finer than pour over).
- Water temperature: 93.3°C (94°C).
- Add water first, then coffee grounds.
Adjustment:
- If the coffee tastes sour, grind finer. If it tastes bitter and lacks complexity, grind coarser.
Recipe Steps
Barely place the Aeropress plunger inside the chamber
Add 208 grams of water to the inverted Aeropress first.

As soon as add 13 grams of coffee grounds on top of the water, start the timer.
Stir for 15 seconds, ensuring all grounds are wet.

Turn over the Aeropress and swirl for 5 seconds.

Plunge for 30 seconds (until 2:15-2:20).
