- Bloom with 50g of water
- Three pulses of water: 200g, 100g, 100g
- Total brew time around 3.5 minutes
Recipe Steps
Rinse paper filter and discard rinse water. Weigh 28g of coffee and even the coffee bed.

Start timer and bloom with 50g of water, saturating the grounds evenly.

First pulse: Pour 200g of water, starting in the middle and working outwards.

Let the coffee breathe for 15 seconds.

Second pulse: Pour 100g of water gently, starting in the middle and working outwards.

Third and final pulse: Pour 100g of water gently, starting in the middle and working outwards.
