Iced Pour Over
"Iced pour over using Kalita Wave, medium-fine grind, and a citrusy, juicy coffee blend for a refreshing experience."
Methodical Coffee
Tips & Preparation
- Coffee: Pink Lady blend (washed Ethiopia & natural Ethiopia blend), citrusy, juicy, berry notes, good for iced coffee.
- Grind: Medium-fine, like table salt, setting 5 on Fellow Ode grinder.
- Filter: No pre-rinse needed for Kalita filters due to their thinness, unlike hot coffee brewing.
- Experiment with other coffees: Blue Boy, Belly Warmer, and other single-origin coffees.
- Adjust coffee choice based on desired flavor experience.
