- Coffee: Methodical Coffee's Play Nice blend (medium roast with floral tones).
- Variations: The Play Nice blend has been used in collaborations with Edmond Zost and Sierra Nevada to make beers.
Recipe Steps

Level the bed of coffee in the Aeropress and tare the scale.
Add 50g of water and stir.

Add an additional 125g of water and stir again.

Add the last 100g of water.
Wait 1 minute to 2.5 minutes for brewing.

Screw the top on and turn the Aeropress over onto the vessel.
