Reasons to Try:

- 5 equal pours, easy to remember, & consistent result
Perpetration:
- Adjust grind size based on brew time: coarser for too long, finer for too quick.
- Porcelain brewer needs hot water rinse, Plastic or metal brewer both cold or hot water works.
- Water temperature: 93 degrees Celsius (or slightly off the boil for 30 secs).
Summary:
- Five pours of 60ml each.
- Pour aggressively, starting in the middle and then around.
- Next pour just as the water finishes dripping through.
Recipe Steps
Add 20g of ground coffee to rinsed filter in V60.

Pour 60g of water, starting in the middle and then around to saturate all the coffee.
Wait 30 seconds for bloom.
Wait water finishes dripping.
Pour next 60g of water (up to 120ml), in the center and around the sides.
Wait water finishes dripping.
Pour next 60g of water (up to 180ml), in the center and around the sides.
Wait water finishes dripping.
Pour next 60g of water (up to 240ml), in the center and around the sides.
