Tips & Preparation
The result is a much more balanced and sweet style of presentation, rather than the intense "juice bomb" profile of the normal Zuppa (soup shot It is a less concentrated, more dilute version of the brew, but it achieves this by changing the ratio instead of brewing concentrated and then adding water (diluting), which allows it to maintain a better tactile experience.
Recipe Notes:

Grind size Zp6: 3.5, Use a coarser grind setting than usual soup recipes.

Aim for almost full saturation without pressure after pouring all the water.

Lower the temperature to 95°C.

Suitable for dark, medium, and light roasts.

Can be brewed with OXO or Aeropress with attachments.

For Aeropress, a 15g dose with 150ml water is suggested.
