Tips & Preparation
• Grind fresh coffee, medium grind size. • Use soft, clean water. • Dose 30g coffee to 500g water (adjust to taste, 60-70g per liter). • Brew for 4 minutes, stir and remove crust. • Wait 5-8 minutes before plunging. • Plunge gently, just enough to settle the grounds.
Recipe Steps

Grind coffee (medium) and add to French press. Boil water and pour 500g over grounds.
Let it sit for 4 mins.

Stir the crust that forms on top. Scoop off any foam or floating bits.
Wait 5-8 minutes wait for grounds to settle on the bottom.(the long you leave it, the better it’s gonna taste)

Gently plunge just until the plunger sits on the surface of the coffee. (Don’t plunge to the bottom)
Gently pour coffee into cup. Enjoy!
