Preparation:
- Recommends using Hario Meteor paper for optimal speed.
Notes:
- Very fine grind, 15g coffee, 240ml water poured all at once.
Recipe Steps
Rinse the paper filter first.
Use 15g of medium grind coffee.

Pour fast circular from center to edge, pour all water at once, until the water level almost reach to the top of the brewer, start pour just from center.

Done pouring, just wait water drain quickly.

When coffee ground show through, remove the dripper, extraction should finish at 1 min 15 sec.
