• Chemex is a pourover style brewer for multiple cups. • Thick paper filter gives a clean, crisp cup. • Use medium coarse ground coffee. • Rinse filter to remove paper taste and preheat the brewer. • Bloom with twice the amount of water as coffee dose (90g). • Pour in three even pours of 210g each. • For lighter roasts, try a 1:17 ratio. • Can scale the ratio up or down depending on desired amount.
