Finer grind if the coffee tastes too acidic, thin, or boring.

Coarser grind if the coffee tastes too bitter, astringent, or dry.

Higher temperature (94-95°C) for brighter and higher extraction.

Lower temperature (92-85°C) to tone down flavors and reduce extraction.
Recipe Steps
Valve closed, 14g coffee in.

Bloom with 50g of water for 30 seconds.

Open the valve and pour 150g water in, stay pour in the center for high consistency.
Aiming to finish pouring by 1 minute and 10 seconds.

Total brew time around 2 minutes and 20 seconds. Lift up your valve to cut the last drops.
