V60 NEO: Stronger & Expressive Recipe

Pro tip:

• If you have the Polaris feature on Hario scale, it will show you percentages and you can scale recipe.

Coffee ground size:

• Depending on coffee variety and roast level (Timemore C2SPRO from level 13-17) Every time we brew a new variety, we start at level 13 and if coffee is bitter we grind coarser.

Preparation:

• Mountain fold your paper filter and lightly fold it in 4 corners, so it sits better in the V60 dripper.
• Hold down the filter from the side with the excess paper on the V60 dripper and pour water from tap to glue.
• Remove excess tap water and then proceed the same thing in circles with warm water from your brewer. A plastic dripper will warm up faster than a ceramic or metal. We use a V60 Neo dripper in size 01.
• Grind the beans, remove excess warm water of the collector after warming it up and place coffee grounds on V60 dripper forming a crater in the middle.
