Origami Pinn was jointly designed and developed by Yasuo Ishii(Founder of Leave Coffee Roasters in Tokyo) in collaboration with ORIGAMI
Key notes:

The brewer is good for 10-12g doses.

Good for people who do like 10 gram dose.

The brewer is ceramic, retains heat nicely.

Be able to pour close to the surface

Using Sibarist slow paper filter.

Dose: 12g coffee, 200ml water.

Two pours are used.

Fina Hartman the Great Reserve Geisha Natural coffee.
Variations:
- Using normal paper filters.
- Four pours instead of two.
Recipe Steps
Add 12 grams of coffee to the Origami Pinn Dripper with a Sibarist slow paper filter.

Bloom with 50g of water.
Wait for 35s.

Pour up to 200g of water, staying in the center.
