- Preparations:
- Use fast-flowing paper filters.
- Heat water to 90°C.
- Notes:
- Lower temperature compensates for agitation.
- Let the coffee cool down to taste the full profile.
- High clarity grinder is used intentionally to see if lower temperature can make the coffee taste good.

- Contact times are dependent on how fast you pour and how you agitate the coffee.

Pour 60ml of water quickly to bloom and wet WDT, wait for 1 min.

Mellow drip at about 5 ml/s in circular patterns close to the bed up to 170ml.

Continue to add more water when the water almost flows all the way through, pouring about 5 to 8 mls a second, up to 240ml.
