- Lower extraction on purpose
- Blendy grinder over high-clarity
- Lower water temperature
- Minimal agitation
- Prioritize smoothness over clarity
Recipe Steps
Grind 15g of coffee on a hand grinder.

Bloom the coffee with 60g of water for 30 seconds with a slow pour.
Kettle off(lower the temperature) pour the rest.

2nd slow pour water up to 170g.

Last gentle circular pour to reach 255g , then swirl and tap the brewer.
