Preparation:
- Dose coffee (15, 20, 30, 50g), Four times the dose in water
- Split water: first portion a little over the dose with hot water(40g dose - 50g hot water) , second portion with 110g ambient water.
- Grind: Aeropress-ish grind, maybe a little finer
- Dilution: Bring yield to 500g with water and ice
- Optional: bottom paper, top paper, puck disc for cleaner cup and even flow
Recipe Steps
Dose 40g coffee into the basket with optional bottom paper.
Tamp the coffee and add optional top paper

Add 50g of hot water.
Let it sit for 1 min.

Press the water through.(3-5 pumps should see thick liquid coming out)
Open the brewer, add 110g of ambient water(room temperature).
