Bailey & DC (via Lance Hedrick)

Tips & Preparation
Recipe inspired by DC and Bailey from Espresso Aficionado Discord.
Reason to try:
-
Much coarser grounds, no need high pressure, still able to get similar to espresso extraction(9%-11% TDS) by just $40 brewer.
-
Aims for high concentration, juicy shots with clarity, sweetness, and vibrancy.
-
Can dilute the final brew to make an Americano style beverage.
Theory or idea behind:
- Boiling water is used to compensate for heat loss.
