Recipe Steps
Warming up the portfilter, then put shower screens in it warm up as well
Lock the portfilter with hot water to the body to warm up the piston
Dry the pre-heated basket & shower screen,put coffee grounds in, tamp in the middle central
Put paper filter on the tamped ground, then put shower screen on it(stop grinds leaking through the shower screen)
Pour water in the basket, then lock the portfilter to the body
