"This rare ETH47 natural from Panama's Corpachi Farm was planted by Jonathan Vaz Matias, a globally recognized SCA coffee expert. The cultivar was brought from Costa Rica and specially reserved for Apollon's Gold. Roasted in a 2021/2022 style profile to preserve its delicate, small and hard bean structure. The cup delivers crisp, sparkling wine-like acidity with iconic tropical flavors."
