Colombia Peñas Blancas Pink Bourbon Decaf

"This beautiful Pink Bourbon varietal was processed at Jhoan Vergara and Nestor Lasso's Beneficio Peñas Blancas mill, a venture operated by Las Flores. Coffees are brought by farmers to this central beneficio for processing under Peñas Blancas' innovative methods, which include techniques like thermally shocking coffee to arrest fermentation. The coffee was then decaffeinated by Swiss Water in Vancouver using their proprietary green coffee extract method, resulting in a distinctly fruity character with almost no caffeine remaining."
