"Jhon Didier Trujillo grows only the Chiroso variety on his 3.5 hectare farm, Finca Villa Flor, located in Urrao, Antioquia. This region is credited with the initial cultivation of Chiroso and remains the area most closely associated with its production today. An experienced farmer, Jhon Didier also cultivates lulo, plantains, and avocado, taking exceptional care of his soil. While many Chiroso lots display herbal and savory qualities, this particular selection stands out for its dense tropical fruit and melon character, crisp acidity, and herbal tea florality with citrus accents. The washed process preserves the clarity and distinctiveness of this stellar lot from one of the season's favorite Chiroso samples."
