"A natural decaf with more personality than most fully caffeinated coffees. Grown at El Vergel Estate in the lush hills of Tolima, Colombia at 1,450 MASL, from Red and Yellow Caturra cherries. The beans undergo 48-60 hour anaerobic fermentation, then sun-dried on raised beds until 30% moisture, followed by mechanical drying below 45°C. After 45 days stabilization in GrainPro bags, the coffee undergoes Sugarcane EA decaffeination. The result is rich and complex with notes of black currant, chocolate, cranberry, tropical fruits, and honey."
