"A unique 50/50 split of caffeinated and decaf coffee beans from the Popayán region of Colombia. Unlike most Half Cafs, this is a single origin from Meseta de Popayán, perfectly suited to growing specialty coffee with its prime position in the Andean mountain range. Half of the beans undergo the environmentally-friendly Sugarcane E.A. decaffeination process, while the remaining half are washed processed. The best of both worlds for a balanced morning cup or afternoon pick-me-up that won't keep you up all night."
