"A bold and experimental nanolot from Jannapura Estate in the lush highlands of Chikmagalur. This lot undergoes a unique process: cherries are frozen in an industrial freezer for 48 hours, then anaerobically fermented with yeast, and slowly dried on raised beds for 18 days. The result is a strikingly expressive cup with vivid cherry sweetness, tea-like elegance, and dark fruit intensity."
