"Eulogio Chipao is an active member of the Pacaybamba community and served as president of the Incahuasi cooperative from 2018 to 2021. He now roasts his own coffee and sells at the local market. The Geisha variety (SL9) mutated in this region over decades and was long neglected due to low yield, but Eulogio's quality management has brought excellent results."
