"Kima Coffee features a Panama Geisha from José Luttrell of Abu Coffee in Boquete, grown at 1,550 meters in Cañas Verdes on the slopes of Volcán Barú. The coffee is presented with mango, raspberry, blueberry, and grapefruit notes and uses a detailed double-phase natural process: 24 hours of sun pre-drying, 144 hours of dry anaerobic fermentation in submerged GrainPro bags, and roughly 25 days of final sun drying. The roaster frames the result as fruit-forward, complex, and clean."
