"This washed coffee comes from small-scale Indigenous producers in Santa Maria Ozolotepec, Oaxaca, where traditional Typica and Bourbon varieties are preserved under agroforestry systems. Sourced by Que Onda Coffee and milled by Galguera Gómez, this community lot represents over 20 years of direct partnership. The Pluma varietal, a Typica offshoot protected by Designation of Origin, grows exclusively in these shaded polyculture systems."
