"This single-variety lot comes from several smallholder farms in the renowned Antigua coffee-growing region. The Geisha variety traces back to Ethiopia's Gori Gesha forest and rose to prominence after Panamanian producers discovered its extraordinary cup potential through high-altitude cultivation. After selective hand-picking, cherries are sorted by picking day, variety, and altitude, then processed through the traditional washed method. Drying occurs on patios or in covered solar dryers, with final sorting by electronic color sorter to ensure consistency."
