"This coffee comes from Shyira Washing Station in Rwanda's Nyabihu District, one of the highest-lying stations in the region. Operated by Muraho Trading Company since 2016, the station is managed by Hagumimana Evaristo and his team. Red Bourbon cherries are grown at elevations between 1850-2300 meters and dried on raised beds for 30-35 days with continuous monitoring to preserve the clean, clear aromatics.
