Semilla aims to buy as much coffee as possible from their partner, Baho Coffee in Rwanda. Baho operates several washing stations throughout Rwanda where they pay smallholders well for high quality coffee cherry. Through making a decaf coffee Semilla is able to buy even more, moving excess poundage from specialty lots to the Swiss Water Decaffeination plant in Burnaby, BC. This lot is pure Rwandan Red Bourbon, grown across three regions and delivered to four different washing stations."
