"This coffee is a real family effort! Produced by Carlos Montero and processed at the Don Eli Wet Mill bearing his father's name. The coffee cherries are sent through a pulping machine and mechanical de-mucilager before being spread on raised drying beds for about 12 days, moved by hand every couple of hours. The lot undergoes three layers of quality sorting: screen size, density, and finally by hand."
