"Iloma PB is our first ever coffee from Tanzania and has a truly unique flavor profile. It's super juicy with lots of yellow fruit and berries, plus an incredible umami element that adds complexity. The slightly tropical, slightly herbal taste profile reminds us of fig leaf. Iloma AMCOS operates in the Mbozi District of the Songwe Region at around 1830 meters above sea level. The cooperative is one of the earliest adopters of fully centralized washed processing in the region, supporting around 400 members who deliver approximately 2,660 bags annually.
