"A specialty coffee from São Pedro da Canastra farm in Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region, situated at approximately 1200m elevation. The 1000-hectare plantation dedicates half to coffee cultivation while preserving the remainder as natural vegetation to support local biodiversity. Managed by Edson Luiz Ignacio, Mauricio Mendes, and Warley Oliveira using sustainable and regenerative agriculture practices. This lot features controlled fermentation using ORO yeast to enhance natural sweetness and fruitiness while improving body and flavor consistency. Part of the Cerrado Mineiro Denomination of Origin with full traceability and distinct terroir profile. Light roasted for pour-over methods to highlight structure and fermentation character."
