"Uganda Kaweri Coffee Fine Robusta comes from one of the most famous coffee plantations in Uganda - Kaweri Coffee Plantation, located in a region conducive to growing high-quality Robusta. The plantation is in an area with a tropical climate where high humidity, regular rainfall and fertile volcanic soils create stable conditions for year-round coffee cultivation. Uganda is one of the key Robusta producers in the world, and in recent years more attention has been paid to the Fine Robusta segment - coffees of higher quality, selected and processed with greater precision than standard commercial production. At Kaweri Coffee, coffee cherries are carefully harvested and subjected to controlled processing, which allows maintaining flavor purity and limiting the typical harshness of Robusta. Proper drying and bean selection affect a more balanced sensory profile with greater sweetness and smoothness. Fine Robusta from Uganda stands out with full body, low acidity and greater intensity than Arabica, but in this quality version offers a much more elegant and orderly profile. Notes of chocolate, nuts and dark and tropical fruits often appear in the cup."
