"Colombia El Rancho is a specialty coffee from the Huila region, grown at an altitude of approximately 1750 meters above sea level. The farm belongs to a local association that brings together over 3,500 growers from 28 municipalities, where coffee is produced mainly in small, family farms. El Rancho is a place where producers jointly develop coffee quality - experimenting, sharing experience and working on processing consistency. Since 2013, they have focused mainly on Pink Bourbon and Caturra varieties, which thrive well in the conditions of the Huila region. Pink Bourbon is one of the most unique varieties grown in Colombia. It gives a very clean, elegant profile with notes of red fruits, citrus and flowers. This coffee combines intensity with lightness - it is distinct but not overwhelming. This is why it works so well in pour-overs, where you can fully feel its freshness, high acidity and complexity. The coffee underwent double washed processing, which translates into a clean, distinct and orderly flavor profile. In the cup there are notes of red currant, citrus and rose tea. The profile is refreshing, with high acidity and a light, tea-like structure."
