"Limited release 125g only - Our final Yemen release of this year, this natural Yemenia lot was grown and produced by a single family. This level of traceability is rare in Yemen, and we have our partners at Qima Coffee to thank for leading this level of transparency in Yemen. This lot offers the most complexity we've yet released in a Yemen coffee. Deeply sweet port wine offers an abundance of velvety fruit flavors, tart sumac and similar spices take the middle, and sugary fig, along with a little lavender, finish the cup. This is a very deep coffee that will transform over the cup itself, as well as the bag, over time. Enjoy this one slowly!"
Flavor notes: port wine, sumac, fig, lavender, jammy berries, stonefruits, winey acidity, floral
