"Negusse Debela, a computer expert turned coffee producer, established SNAP Specialty Coffee in 2008. They aim to provide consistently exceptional Ethiopian coffees. This lot, from the Wate Danche washing station in Gedeb, is a traditional washed coffee made with indigenous landrace varieties. It embodies the classic washed Ethiopian coffee profile: clean, floral, sweet, and delightful. With notes of soft florals, lemon cookie, pear, and white peaches, it's a lovely example of a coffee dear to our palettes."
