“Finca El Poso is a Pacamara natural from El Salvador produced by Isaac Luna at 1,400-1,500 metres, with red berries, fresh peach and toffee on the label. ZENNOR roasts every coffee to work across both filter and modern espresso, keeping roasts light to emphasise clarity, brightness and origin character while maintaining full development and colour-sorting to remove defects. Coffee is roasted to order Monday to Friday and the roaster recommends resting it one to three weeks after the roast date.”
