“Kossa Geshe is a 1,000-hectare farm in the Kebena forest highlands of Limmu Kossa, Jimma, created in 2009 on land granted by the Ethiopian state with the aim of protecting one of the country's last large stands of dense forest. Abdulwahid Sherif has managed it since the first harvest in 2016 and has invested in quality, infrastructure and worker welfare, including a school on the farm. Zab roasts this natural lot of JARC 74110, 74140, 74112 and 74166 at 1,800 metres as a medium.”
