“Ryamukona is a vibrant Red Bourbon coffee from Burundi, grown by 754 smallholder farmers on the Ryamukona hillside in the Runinya area of Kabarore, Kayanza. The farmers deliver cherry to Izuba CWS, where it is hand sorted, depulped, wet fermented, fully washed, and dried on raised beds. This meticulous process results in a cup bursting with blackberry and apple, with notes of bramble jelly and black tea.”
