“The Mount Blend was created as a homage to Volcano's founder's late father, who passed on his love of coffee, and takes its name from Mount Maunganui in New Zealand where he lived - a place flanked by the volcano, blue sky and the Pacific. The blend draws on Brazil, El Salvador and Colombia, mixing natural and semi-washed components, and is roasted medium at strength 4. Volcano describe it as their low-acidity, subtly sweet option: milk chocolate, red grapes and caramel, at its best as a flat white or cappuccino.”
